Payment for Tender/Quotation documents must be in the form of a Money Order, made payable to the National Accountant of Malaysia, NRECC-T. Other payment methods will not be accepted.

The Tender/Quotation Document Purchase Form can be downloaded online. Please complete this form and bring it along with the required certificates during the Tender/Quotation Document purchase process.

Tender desk documents can be reviewed, and Tender/Quotation documents can be obtained at the specified office during office hours. Tender/Quotation documents will only be issued to authorized contractor representatives (with a letter of authorization).

For this purpose, contractors wishing to purchase Tender/Quotation documents are required to bring:

1. Identification Card
   

2. Contractor's Registration Certificate
   

3. Government Employment Certificate
   

4. Bumiputera Status Certificate
   

Please provide CERTIFIED COPIES of the identification card, Contractor's Registration Certificate, Government Employment Certificate, and Bumiputera Status Certificate (if applicable) certified by the Company Director.
