Ensure flood management operations using smart Flood Detection System (FDS) works around the clock 24 hours / 7 days as designed with :
To carry out flood control operations for a period of 24 hours / 7 days in the SMART Control Centre operating room which includes monitoring, detection, warning and flood forecasting based on the fixed rules of Operation (SOP) provided;
Carry out maintenance work of engineering applications, hydrological equipment systems and key control structures of the FDS SMART system in accordance with the specified functional specifications;
Coordinate the management of information and communication technology programs in the SMART Control Center.
