Client Charter

We will provide professional and quality services in protecting and managing water resources for the sustainability of the economy, the environment, and the quality of life. In carrying out the following duties and functions, we pledge to:

1.     Respond to any complaints and public inquiries related to water resource issues such as floods, rivers, and drainage systems within fifteen (15) working days through the Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA).

2.     Provide technical reviews of complete Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) submissions, land development, and land use change applications for the housing, industrial, commercial, and agricultural sectors within one (1) month.
